Isolating the Problem:
 


XS Systems (red boxes)- The most common problems are in the Timer power and mode settings. Others can be fixed by simply replacing the batteries or resetting the unit. Try to isolate the problem by setting up the units one at a time in a controlled environment. Start with all of the components powered off then power on the Timer. Slowly go through each of the options (refer to instructions), then sync other components one at a time until the system setup is complete and working, or the problem has been reproduced. Once the problem has been isolated, refer to the trouble shooting guide for instructions on fixing the problem.

DTS Systems or older (black boxes)- The most common problems are with address and mode settings. Try to isolate the problem by setting up the components one at a time in a controlled environment. Start with all of the components powered off, then turn the Timer on. Slowly go through the options checking the mode and the address. Then power on the other units one at a time (checking addresses) until the system setup is complete and working or the problem has been reproduced. Once the problem has been isolated, refer to the trouble shooting guide for instructions on fixing the problem.

Replacement Parts:
 


The Brower Timing repairs the electronic units of the system. Broken or lost parts such as tripods and clamps are not covered by the warranty and cannot be repaired. However, these parts can be replaced. Please click on the following link for a list of parts and prices.

Brower Timing Products have a one year full warranty on parts and labor. This warranty does not cover damage caused by the user. Brower timing will cover the cost of the repair and return shipping.

If your system is out of the warranty period please refer to the table below for repair costs. These costs are based on payment being included with the return. If payment is not included, there is a $15 processing fee in addition to the below prices. The following prices do not include return shipping. All international shipments are shipped DHL at standard international prices.
